Björkefall is situated in the south of Sweden in the region Blekinge. The house is located right next to the forest and your nearest neighbours are the horses in the pastures around the house. People who come here for the first time often say that the surroundings remind them of the tales of Astrid Lindgren.

The house has recently been carefully restored and consists of kitchen, bathroom, hall, dining/living room, 2 bedrooms and a living room/bedroom upstairs (ten beds in total). Baby cot is also available.

THE OLDEST HOUSE IN THE VILLAGE
It´s said that Svarta huset is the oldest house in the parish, and that it´s built around 1820.The family who lived here all year around the last time consisted of seven people and they were farmers. They lived there until around 1950 and since then the house has been used us a summer house in periods but most of the time it´s been empty.
The house is owned by us, Anders and Elin and our two sons Ed and Ben. We live near the house and our children are the fifth generation living on the farm.
